You may have watched chicken little as a kid, but this painting is referring to something a little different. In life, you will come across people who when you present your ideas of what you want to do in life, will only respond with negativety and why what you want won't work.
Maybe you tell them, "I am going to start my own business." And they respond with something like, "Well the world is so crazy right now, are you sure you can support yourself with that? No one wants to work nowadays, you won't have any help. You should look into doing something that's much more profitable."
Make sure you don't listen to those chicken littles in life, and try not to be one. You can do anything you want in life, you just have to believe in yourself.
